I was asked to design this logo on behalf of a Dental group that was set up to voluntarily deliver its services to the less privileged in the third world.
I was requested to incorporate arabic text ("mawkib") and the dome of Hussain (AS) which is located in Kerbala, Iraq. A tooth forms part of the calligraphy for dental relevance.
The undulating curves of the arabic design is balanced with the Slab Serif type that has had the spacing between letters accentuated.
